Mineral Complex

The mineral complex combines the trace elements magnesium, copper and zinc. Magnesium is involved in many anti-inflammatory processes in the body and skin. The metal acts as an antagonist of potassium, which tends to promote inflammation. Copper in turn is responsible for a balanced pigmentation of the skin. In addition, it stimulates the cross-linking of the collagen and elastin layer and ensures the disposal of old connective tissue. Like magnesium and copper, zinc as a coenzyme is involved in more than a hundred biochemical reactions in the body. In dermatology, zinc is regarded as an indispensable agent for curing or preventing skin diseases. It suppresses skin flake formation, protects against sunburn and regulates oil production. This is important because too much oil on the skin provides an ideal breeding ground for unwanted bacteria.

Combined, the three trace elements form a potent agent for healthy, firm and supple skin.
