Pyridoxine is a provitamin that the human body needs to produce vitamin B6. In the form of various coenzymes, this vitamin participates in almost 100 reactions of the amino acid metabolism. It is therefore significantly involved in the formation of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins.

When used externally, pyridoxine strengthens hair, not only head hair but also body hair. It also regulates the production of sebum and thus protects the skin from impurities caused by blocked pores.
